Isi’s three ways of cooking adobo was very informative and a lot of fun! Even if the class was online, ISI’s warmth and energy made the class very engaging. We learned new things about adobo, and the recipes are delicious.

We took the Adobo 3 ways with Isi and it was wonderful. The recipe turned out great and delicious. Isi is knowledgeable, a really good teacher and lots of fun. She included history of the dish and it's place in her culture. We plan to take another class with her soon. I tried to upload photos of our dish but kept getting the message that the file was too big.

Being Pinoy, we already know this dish by heart. We booked Isi's class because we were looking for something different in doing this national dish. Let's just say, we got so much more than what we expected! We were taught the history of the dish, a "tour" of the different methods of the three major island groups, but most of all, we got to meet a cool Filipino in chef Isi. We will definitely book again and recommend to friends.

Such a enjoyable experience I learned to cooked adobo and it tasted amazing. Izzie was a great instructor in how to make adobo in three ways and giving us the history of the dish too. I would recommend anyone give it a try you won't regret it.
