Huge Mall in Center of Malate, with wide variety of stores and numerousrestaurants. Setup of mall is very spacious and even with large number of visitors never feels overcrouwded.

Yes there are several hotels you can stay and iti depends on your budget. In front of RP Ermita, there is a budget hotel. Walk a short distance you have either Hotel Kimberly or you got Tropicana Hotel.

They do have one, but it has moved. It is upstairs on the second floor. Just ask security to direct you where it is.
