Victoria city is just a simple town with smaller population where you wouldn't get any open shop on a Sunday which is really inconvenient for travelers/tourist. I would advise travelers to conduct their travels on weekdays by avoiding weekend travel plans.
I mean to be honest, I would not travel to Victoria to see Big Ben in the middle of a roundabout but if you are in the capital, sure take a look.
