It's called small Ben for some reason, it's entirely unremarkable and totally worth a miss if you are planning an expensive trip from your resort to the city centre.

Victoria city is just a simple town with smaller population where you wouldn't get any open shop on a Sunday which is really inconvenient for travelers/tourist. I would advise travelers to conduct their travels on weekdays by avoiding weekend travel plans.

I think it is a must, when you are in Victoria. It is one of the few monuments there. Go there, take some photos and go on. 5 minutes are enough.
