- Chris BStevenage, United Kingdom187 contributionsHuge shopping mall by UK standardsIf you want to see how much of a pastime shopping is in Malaysia then this is the place to go. Hundreds of shops covering everything you are likely to need, and a lot of things you don't. The mall is very clean and well maintained with few empty shops. As for most places there is plenty to eat and drink with at least two food courts as well as restaurants.Hi Chris B Thank you so much for your review. We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your experience and that you found everything you needed. We are also grateful for your feedback and variety of options. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience, and your feedback helps us to do just that. We will continue to work hard to bring in more exciting stores to offer to our shoppers. Thank you again for your review. We hope to see you again soon!Written November 6, 2023This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited October 2023Traveled as a coupleWritten November 2, 2023

Everything you need, want is all in this mall Mid Valley Megamall. Cafe, restaurants, food, shops, wifi, everything. This mall opens at 10am-10pm but some of the cafe (just a few) opens early before the mall opens so that office people can eat before starting their works. Jaya Grocer is one of the popular supermarket in the mall, is big but this mall doesn't only have one supermarket, it has a few. Another one called AEON, also big but sometimes less choice or more choice than Jaya Grocer supermarket. Gadgets shop and more are upstairs. Gadget shops are at the top floor. This mall has two part, mid valley megamall and the gardens. Both are connected by a glass bridge in between. Parking has a lot, P1, P2, P3, P4. But do come early if you're going during Chinese new year or Christmas as parking fills up fast.Dear Trail07582638814 Thank you for your recommendation and review. It is indeed informative. - Climber020906922211 contributionWonderful Midvalley! The shops here are great! Lots of variety and definitely worth the visit. Coming from sleepy town of Malacca, Midvalley was indeed impressive! We took the train to KL this time, conveniently accessible by the Kelana Jaya line from Sentral. If driving, does anyone know if we happen to leave the car overnight, and not be staying at one of the Midvalley hotels (we are thinking to go to Genting Highlands for 2 nights )... is there an overnight rate for leaving the car in the car park? Thank you for any advice!Hi Climber02090692221 Thank you for your review and we hope to have you back visiting us again. This is one seriously impressive shopping centre, but IMO, is way too big. My family and I like to have a look at the shops but this was simply bewildering. It seems to have just about anything and everything any serious shopper could want, including some very good places to eat, though if you're going to go and want to have lunch, do NOT try and do this during normal lunch hours. Many restaurants had queues and it took us a good 20 minutes to find a place that had a spare table.
All the usual amenities are available, it's well signposted and very easy to move around, even for those with a disability. It's simply way too big - unless you've got a day or two and some very good walking shoes!

After many months of lockdown and no shopping we were delighted to have gone shoe shopping at Mid-Valley. I was very pleased with the strict SOP followed at each establishment that we went into. The personnel checking at the entrance of each shop helped me believe that we can slowly live with this and follow all that is necessary, safe and to get back our lives.

Dear Jennifer V
Thank you for your review.
Although the MCO have been lifted and slowly getting on, we must remind ourselves that COVID virus is still here. Thus we need to check all shoppers coming into the mall and shops according to the SOP to ensure the well-being of other shoppers and our stakeholders.
Stay safe and hope you had a wonderful time shopping with us.

Great mall for a day with family. My recommendation is to plan ahead where you want to go and what to visit at is it quite large and divided in several sections and buildings. You will find most popular shops over here. Parking is very big and gets jammed on weekends. Try weekdays afternoon, best time to visit.

I love to shop at Midvalley Megamall, i can find what I want in the mall. Parking is not expensive, compare to other shopping mall in the city. Promotion is getting lesser compare to 2 years ago, but easy to find food in the mall.

The parking charge is too ridiculously low; many motorists dump their cars there the whole day and then take a Taxi or other transport to their final destination, leaving no parking left for customers. Even on weekdays by 11.15 a.m. it is impossible to find a parking bay even on P4, the lowest level. Pity the shops and restaurants; they lose business!!

The price is reasonable and not pricey, however they did not provide plain water, other sweet water is avail for free. you have to buy the mineral water. About the cleanliness im sorry to give it a 2 stars as i saw a small coackroach running around.I don't think it just me who saw it. And the tiles is slippery as im about to fall a few times bcs its too slippery. Maybe you can blame my sneakers. I went on april and only now have time to review. Yes its Halal. Its a barbeque & shabu shabu. I'll come again around nov and review again.

Was at Thunder Match Technology (TMT) to purchase an item. I was told by their sales staff the particular item was out of stock. Went back to the outlet two weeks later, had asked another sales staff to order the item from their supplier. The sales staff told me he would call the supplier and give me feedback via text the next day but did not get a response from him for 2 days.
Called the outlet supervisor to check but was told the sales staff was busy hence he did not call the related supplier and respond to my message, a very convenient excuse. The sales staff did not even take the courtesy to respond to my enquiry which is very rude. The way the outlet supervisor conversed with me, his mannerism was very rude, very arrogant! Very bad customer service from their end! Very unhappy with this matter.

1. Misleading promotion about free Microsoft Office 365.
2. Hidden condition requiring a costly insurance plan for installment payments.
3. Promoter lacked knowledge about the promotion and product details.
4. Poor follow-up and resolution of the issue.
Disappointed with Misleading Promotion and Uninformed Promoter
I recently purchased a MacBook Pro 14-inch, which was advertised at a promotional price of 9,999, The promoter, a woman with a round build, informed me that the purchase would include a free 1-year subscription to Microsoft Office 365.
However, there was a hidden condition: I needed to purchase a 1,000+ insurance plan if I opted for installment payments. Despite this inconvenience, I decided to go ahead with the purchase.
After completing the payment, I discovered that the promised free Microsoft Office 365 subscription was not included. When I inquired, the promoter claimed it was a mistake and that they had misunderstood the promotion. This was incredibly frustrating, as I made my decision based on the information provided by the promoter.
A promoter with incorrect information is worse than no promoter at all. I urge potential buyers to double-check promotional offers and verify details before making a purchase. This experience has been disappointing, and I hope the store will improve its staff training and transparency in the future.

How much would grab be from KLIA to Mid Valley Megamall?
WIll it be faster and/or cheaper than taking KLIA express to KL Sentral then taking Grab from there? Im travelling as 2 Adult and 2 Children
Written December 3, 2019
Hi. May I ask how do I travel from Pullman KL City Centre Hotel (Opposite Pavillion) to Mid Valley Mega Mall? If it involves a lot of transfers, may I know the rough estimate for Grab car to go directly? Also, what is the best time in the morning and evening to avoid traffic jams? Thanks!
Written September 21, 2019
There will be traffic anytime from morning to evening. No best time as traffic is not predictable. Try to avoid peak 8 to 10am. Evening anytime from 5-8pm is the heaviest.
But it’s not total gridlock. Just take a bit more time.
And grab doesn’t charge you for time. It’s a flat rate regardless of how much time you take to get to your destination. Grab charges by distance

How can I go to mid valley from furama hotel at Bukit bintang pls? Thanks
Written January 24, 2018
Mid Valley from Bukit Bintang is about 15-20 minutes by Car ride (& much dependant on traffic). Because both locations are noted to be heavy with traffic especially during weekends. We advise its easier to take the Light Rail (situated next to Mid Valley Mega Mall just within walking distance also to Novotel & The Boulevard Hotel plus eateries from Bukit Bintang).
We believe it is much faster & less stressful (it cost lesser too).
Like wise our Peers recommendation of Uber or Grab.

Hi, may i know what is worth buying from here? Any mens fashion? Foot wear? Perfume? Whats the price range?
Any difference if compared to Berjaya Times square, sungei wang? as in the items found and the price.
thanks.

Mid Valley Megamall is more upscale compared to Berjaya Times Square. You can find everything: jewelry, clothes (men, women and children), make up, perfume, home decor, furniture, groceries, books, screws and hammers... everything!
Also, there are all kind of prices, ranging from cheap day to day stuff to expansive brand names.
At the Megamall, you can also eat whatever you feel like as there are so many restaurants!
There are also many beauty shops where you can have you nails done or enjoy a fantastic facial or a relaxing massage.
Finally, you can go see a movie as there is also a very nice cinema on the 5th floor or try the new virtual reality experience on the 3rd floor.
By the way, connected to the Megamall, there is also the Garden Mall. a much upscale mall where you'll find brands like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Michael Kors, Hugo Boss, Burberry etc...
