This mall is huge. The are stores of every type. It is clean and attractive. It is complicated to move around and find the store you are looking for so more information board would be a big improvement.

@Jillian N, we have an interactive centre on the Third Floor, North Court. You may also visit our sister mall just across, where you can find Jurrasica an edutainment centre.

Shopping Advice (8 Replies)
Heading to KL for one full days shopping next week en route to Langkawi. Planning on shopping from opening in malls until early evening and then heading to Petaling Road Markets. Should we spend the day at Bukit Bintang and the various shopping malls or head to either Mid Valley Megamall or 1 Utama for the day. Looking to purchase clothes, shoes, fragrances etc. Thank you in advance of any advice which will be very much appreciated.

For cheap clothes and shoes...head for Sungei Wang and Berjaya Times Square...more upmarket we have Lot 10 (there's an Isetan there), the newly opened Pavillions, the KLCC, and the standoffish Starhill Gallery...fragrances at really competitive prices, Sasa outlets.... I don't think you need to travel out of KL city centre for the above mentioned "suburban" malls, unless you have a few days to spare and you get bored with the malls in the city.

Its being so long since I last went to KL. Need some advices from the experts here. Thanks. If I take a cab to Mid Valley Megamall n Sunway Lagoon from KLCC, how long will it takes? I m staying at Prince hotel. Is it within walking distance to KLCC? I will be going Genting from KL. Anyone here got contact with those cabbies to go up? N roughly whats the price like?

The night market is probably the one at Petaling Street in Chinatown. However it is not one that locals particularly go to, as it caters more for tourists.
