This area is one of the places that you have to visit in Kuala Lumpur. It was very crowded because there are many shopping malls, restaurants, and stores, especially at night. The average price of shopping malls and restaurants are quite expensive but it was worth to try. If you want something like cheaper stuff, then this place is maybe... More

This review is about the restaurants at Bikit Bintang. You can have a taste of Malaysia, although lately it's becoming a bit pricy for what it is. All the restaurants are pretty much the same. You can count on a good grilled fish for 45 MYR and a tiger beer.

We stayed in Bukit Bintang at Invito Hotel for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. There's access to lots of different types of food, most of it good quality street/vendor food, and of course, there's Jalan Alor - food Nirvana if you want to eat your way around Asia in one street. Jalan Bukit Bintang is getting its underground station... More

I wouldn't recommend more than 3 days for sure. It's a tiny little area with many bars, restaurants, massage etc etc. It's busy and bustling with so much food and drink for this little area. It's actually just a couple of streets but it's worth a stop on the way to somewhere else.
