Hello guys while in Kuala Lumpur I stayed at the Baja Times square hotel love it. I highly recommend staying here it's really beautiful and is connected to the shopping centre complex. It's fantastic fun to look around and quite surprising. The room i stayed in was magnificent and the helpful and professional staff are fantastic never been so relaxed. The hotel taxi drivers out the front are top's so if you need or want to go anywhere they're fantastic easy going and know where everything is and the price is fair so I tipped no worries. Was sad to leave but looking forward to returning again. Thankyou very much for a relaxing chilled stay.

It’s been a long time since I first visited this mall right after it was built.

The amusement park with the roller coaster was still there. Still rather unique with a 75MYR admission fee for a handful of rides.

Stores were smaller, local and we did not see any international brands here.

A hotel was on one end, restaurants were on the lower floors and the e-hailing pickup for Grab was in the basement. An unusual feature were the nets strung up on the upper floors.

Probably won’t come here a second time except for the fact that the bus I take use this location as a boarding/alighting point. The shops within are just neighborhood hood ones and are quite repetitive. There is really nothing much for tourist other than the medi and pedicure. And probably the two k-pop paraphernalia shop. There’s also a sort of theme park but it is quite deserted and this speaks volume how many visitors this place has.

Oh yes. There’s a nice Starbucks near the drop-off. The ground floor is quite well designed, while it appears that the designer ran out of steam for first floor.

The shopping mall is huge with many shops but pay attention to the Indian nails shops on the second floor as they try to scam you. I went to the Orchid Collection (Lot 02-14) for an express gel pedicure at 35 Ringits and ended up paying 100 Ringits as they charged me + 80 Ringits for a 5 minutes scrub! The scam is that when they start the pedicure, they ask you if you want a foot scrub with a very low and difficult to understand voice (I understood 18 Ringits which seemed reasonable for a foot scrub in Kuala Lumpur). When it was finished and I wanted to pay is when the person who did the pedicure asked me for the 35 Ringits + 80 for the 5 minutes footscrub! We started to argue about the fact that she hadn't be clear about the price and I had understood 18 instead of 80 (80 ringits for a 5 min footscrub is way more expensive than the price we pay in Europe and this is Malaysia). I ended up paying 100 Ringits (I refused to pay more because what she said was very unclear and I think she did it on purpose. And I think it's still too expensive). Basically, the scam is to offer you a service with a price you will misunderstand (her English was really bad) without confirming by showing it to you on the price list (which, btw, is on the right bottom of the menu list so you don't pay attention to it when the cheap prices that get you attention are on the top of the page).
If something like that happens, you can fill in a complaint form at the information desk and the manager of the mall is a very nice and understanding person.

Unlike before, apparently most shops were sublet to tenants that management has no control over their nature or type of businesses (as mentioned by Berjaya's management manger)

Had real issues with Madam Chan located on the 3rd floor. Apparently a shop which does medi, pedi, but registered as a foot reflexolgy and health house does many more other treatments that werent advertised on their leaflet.

Was surprised that they had foot and body message. The price that was agreed upon defers from the final price after add ons that wont communicated initially.

The staffs took advantage over the language barrier between the elderlies and conned them into more add ons which they didnt understand, as all the staffs did mentioned was the word 'free' all the time.

Final receipt that the shop issued didnt indicate the name of the organisation on their letterhead or has any endorsement stamp. Definately not official.

Guys, please be careful when you decide to patronise.

My friends and l went on a gourmet trip to KL for 2N /3D stay going with Aeroline bus group.
We selected the apartment for its excellent location near the foodie enclaves we earmarked for our die die must eat places.
We took a long time to check into the service apartment in the West block. The apartment condition needs upgrading. The WiFi did mot work.
The housekeeping standard was missing.
The location was excellent for our food eating and tasting in the imbi/bkt bintang area. The ICC Pudu was a ten minute walk or RM5/6 by Grab. Chinatown was RM 10 by Grab.
Do not recommend this service Suites at Times Square even though it is low cost and convenient.

There are many luxury malls around Bukit Bintang, and most of the brands are imported, so I didn't feel like shopping there much. This mall, which is one monorail stop away from Bukit Bintang, has a supermarket, several cafes and restaurants, and many low-priced clothing stores that you won't find at Pavilion, so it feels more geared towards locals.
There are many better products than you can buy on the streets around Bukit Bintang.

Berjaya Times Square Shopping Mall in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is a very big shopping mall in Bukit Bintang (=Star Hill), the main shopping area of Kuala Lumpur, within a colossal construction (48 storey twin tower complex) with uncountable retail stores, many eateries, entertainment possibilities, hotel, condominiums, even a grand indoor Theme Park [(from 5th to 8th floor), the second biggest in Asia], and situated very close to Imbi Monorail Station.
In the Berjaya Times Square Shopping Mall in Kuala Lumpur you could find everything you are looking for at reasonable prices (about 1000 retail shops) and enjoy food at the big food court on the ground floor or at various restaurants (and/or coffee shops).
In this gigantic building (the 5th largest in the world by floor area) shopping and going around is an entertaining event because there is nothing missing from here (Fashion, Food, Entertainment).
I enjoyed my visit to the Berjaya Times Square Shopping Mall in Kuala Lumpur, I experienced some folklore events (e.g. traditional dances from Indonesia) and I will visit it again, if I will be in the Capital City of Kuala Lumpur.

It was good and different types of shops…..good place if want to do nails as there was soooooo many of them (not sure if good as never did them there) , There are average price shops and some places can bargain to get better price. Will Definitely go back if need clothes on average price. Only thing did not have proper direction of where things were and the amusement park was definitely NOT worth the money if have older kids as had to pay more for some rides on top of the entrance fees which is already expensive.

Kuala Lumpur is an interesting city that has grown significantly over the years. There are many wonderful and diverse shopping opportunities and sights well worth visiting, such as Chinatown, Batu Caves, Jalan Alor, infamous Petronas Towers, and more. The people are quite friendly. However, it is a shame that the overall design of the city seems to be haphazard and it lacks green spaces. New buildings meant to impress go up and old buildings go vacant or sparsely occupied. I love visiting KL, but only for 3-4 days max. I prefer to spend my time visiting other parts of Malaysia now, but a first timer might enjoy a few days in KL.
