One can view the full city from the tower. If you have already visited any other tower around the world then you might not find it exciting, same goes with any other place.

Boring, like every city they have a observation tower, 48rm , so much to see as its a developing country you can see the Petronas tower side ways. Not worth it and pointless should be free tbh

If you'd like to avoid the crowds, just go early morning when it just open. If you'd like to take best pictures, go in the evening in the sunset, but mind you...there will be crowds though...anyway it's worth
