The KL Tower is a nice tourist spot to visit while visiting Kuala Lumpur. It's about 420 meters tall. There are two decks in the tower to get a view of the city. The highest one is the skydeck, where you can a great view...More

This is one of the best places in Kuala Lumpur.you can enjoy the view from 400 m above the ground.i personally don't recommend the 360 restaurant since the food quality is low and the point is only the rotating restaurant.

There was a long wait to go up to the sky deck. The view from the sky deck is very nice. There were not a lot of people on the sky deck and so it was easy to get pictures from where ever we wanted....More

It is quite cheap and affordable to go there by taxi. We combined the visit with the 360 atmosphere restaurant and enjoyed it very much!!

Although this was a short trip, it doesn't take long to take in the overview of the entire city from a 360 degree view of Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommend.......if you're not afraid of heights:-)

Depending on the crowd. I assume you are asking about the KL tower. It took us over 2 hours. I did not go to the Petronas Towers bridge.

On a normal weekday, it shouldn't be that long but school holiday is coming. Weather is another factor to consider.

Hi All, We’re heading to KL in less than 4 weeks now! Done a bit of planning and have an idea of the things we want to see. We’re staying at the Traders Hotel, so looking forward to that as the views look amazing! We have 3 full days in KL, plus an afternoon on the day we arrive. Day of Arrival: Probably just drop our stuff off at the hotel, relax and then go out for a wander round and get our bearings. Day 1: Would like to wander around the Chinatown Area and Petaling Street Area in...More

Two towers or one ? (5 Replies)
Is the Menara Kuala Lumpur Tower the same tower as the Manara Telecom Tower ?. They are listed as two separate attractionsin the "Things to Do" section, but I have a feeling its the same thing. Thanks for your help

Response fromlunarJade|
The reviews for both in "Things to Do" refer to ONE attraction only, i.e. Menara Kuala Lumpur a.k.a. the KL Tower, which is located at Jalan Punchak, Off Jalan P. Ramlee. It functions as a telecommunication tower, hence perhaps the confusion. On the other hand, Menara TM on Jalan Pantai Baru is a commercial building, which house the corporate HQ of Telekom Malaysia Berhad (a public listed telecommunication company). Hope this clarifies.
