Beautiful landscaped garden with abstract sculptures
Feb 2020
The Asean Sculpture Garden is a park adjacent to Perdana Botanical Garden and the National Monument of Malaysia. It’s basically a landscaped garden with sculptures created by artists from the ASEAN countries. Most of the sculptures were too abstract for me, but there are boards that explain the meaning of the sculptures. The garden is beautifully kept and a nice escape from busy Kuala Lumpur. There’s also a souvenir and cafe inside the garden too.

Worth a little time

Wouldn't especially recommend going out of your way to see it, but if you are in the area for other things it is worth a look to see if any or the sculptures resonate with you.

Quaint place
Jan 2019 • Family
Spacious garden with interesting-looking sculptures for lots of cool pictures! Children can run around on the grass while the parents watch from the benches. Or stroll around the garden on paved trails. Get a drink or snack from a little shop there but don't forget to dispose of your rubbish responsibly. Toilets are available too. Best enjoyed when the sun is not too hot.

Small garden, nice place for a short walk
Jul 2017 • Family
Enjoyed a short walk through the ASEAN Sculpture Gardens. It is located roughly between the Perdana Botanical Gardens and the National Monument so it was a logical stop for us while walking from the former to the latter. It is a calm place, few people and nice modern art from artists from different ASEAN countries.

With art and sculptural pieces from around the region, spread out in a park setting in the middle of the city, some quite quirky
