This building is the Malaysian Railway office HQ. The facade is kept to its original design, similar to the train station (KL Old Station).

The location of this building is just adjacent to the National Mosque. It is operated by the Malayan Railway Company. Do not miss to take pictures of this place.

The former General Post Office. Another of the British-built neo-Moorish-Mughal mashup architectural highlights of Kuala Lumpur. Right across the street from the even lovelier old railway station, steps from the National Mosque and Islamic Arts Museum, and a few minute walk past the elegant Dayabumi building with its Islamic lattice work exterior, to the historic Dataran Merdeka square, home to... You can't help but be amazed at this rambling old colonial railway station with Mughal influence. For once, shy away from modern malls, do take a stroll at this moorish architecture highlights of kuala lumpur, down the memory lane of colonial days of Malaya.
