Driver is friendly and nice. He drive safely and we have a comfortable journey from KL to Penang.
He is also flexible and agreeable to stop at suggested stops.

The other reviews here say it all. He deserves the maximum stars as he is punctual and most importantly a safe driver. I engage him to send me to Johor from KL. His car is clean and well maintained. Will never hesitate to engage him again.

Fantastic communication from the very first what's app I sent to the company. Fitri was fantastic in providing some guidance as it was my first time there.
The price was very competitive.
We had the pleasure of Mr Din driving us twice and he was fantastic.
Will certainly use again a great positive experience.

A very friendly and accommodating driver. The trip down to JB from KL was smooth and didn't feel too long. No complains from my 2 young children even tho it was their first (long) road trip. Clean and spacious car. Will definitely recommend to friends and families.

Booked K L Taxis service by e-mail and received confirmation they would pick up at 12pm from Port Klang Cruise Terminal. By 12.15pm we gave up waiting. Tried to call but no answer. Booked a Grab Taxi instead which was less than half the price.

I recently concluded my first business visit to Kuala Lumpur. As is a practice that I follow I did my research about the necessary aspects so that my first experience to KL is here to remember for many more years to come by.
Based on the reviews I contacted brother Ahmad Fitri via WhatsApp and his prompt response gave me a lot of confidence. He also has a great team of fellow colleagues who are also like him. One of them is Mr. Sha. For my airport pickup from KLIA to KLCC Mr. Sha came and he was in constant contact with me since the date of my travel. Very professional communicator and he gave me the taste of excellent services that KL Taxi Service is famous for.
Then I was serviced by Mr. Ahmad Fitri for the last two days of my trip and I realized why he has so much positive reviews. He is a fantastic human being who has respect and empathy for his customers from different countries. He is also very intelligent and knowledgeable.
He knows his way around and ensures that his customers are given utmost priority. A lot can be learnt from him about how to give a professional and to be cherished for many years to come by experience. He will suggest you the best based on your requirements of traveling.
I strongly recommend every traveler planning a visit to KL to give them an opportunity to serve them and for sure they will never repent their decision. I also urge every body (especially Indians) to be respectful and empathetic to Ahmad and do not haggle him much for giving too many discounts or bargain a lot. He puts in a lot of hard work so that his travelers are safe and happy. He will ensure that you have made a REAL FRIEND IN NEED when you engage with him.
I wish him loads of luck and good wishes that he succeeds and scales to new heights in his venture.

I got in touch with Mr Fitri through whatsapp prior arrival KL. He was very prompt in responding all the queries that i had. Also he suggested many things which were handy during the 6 days tour in Malaysia.We confirmed his services for entire tour from pick up airport on arrival to drop back at airport during dep KL.Though he was already booked during our travel dates but he accompanied us and sent his friend for other bookings.During entire trip he was punctual as per the requested time and never lost the smile even we were late. During the entire tour he kept on giving us the information about local culture and history.Thus he was our guide for the tour as well.He tried his best for whatever we requested from changing money to taking us to veg restaurants. Thanks Mr Fitri for such a great Trip.

Ahmad is same like Altaf in Dubai always friendly and helpful to organise everything for us, he tried to contact me within the next minutes on Whats'App after I left a message on his website. He is available anytime when sending him a query, always eager to help, very professional and I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone of you who want to have a flawless stay and doing all activities in Malaysia.
