It was just a quick pic at the Upside down House, although we have not entered inside coz it is already close from visits, Im pretty sure that inside was a perfect spot for pictures and activities, hope to visit once more soon.

Lot of attention given to detail - fun to take photos. Walking distance of KL Tower and Eco Park, so we could cover all 3 on the same day! Shuttle available from the bottom of the hill to KL Tower.

Yes. I've been there after KL Tower. They only have six rooms and you can spend 1 hour to have pictures inside. We enter this place because our tour bus is not around so instead of waiting outside of KL Tower, we spend our time to enter this upside down house museum.

we can take photo at every angle and posing. The angle and posing you take show upside down. You never meet the scene like this out side. There also have cameraman to take our photo and they are very creative

This is a tiny place with not much to see. It's also relatively expensive to get in at 20 MYR for an adult and 15 MYR for a child (unless you're a Malaysian resident). We were all done within 15 mins. You're better off taking a pic of the house from outside and saving your money for something else. To put the pricing in perspective, the KL butterfly park costs less for children and only slightly more for adults and that's much better value for money.

The place is terrible. The Malay guy on duty inside the house (on 2/6/19 in the morning when we visited) was smoking vape when we entered. It was very unprofessional. Staff wasn’t helpful. I would not recommend this place AT ALL. Waste of money

Dear seokbin Thank you for your review on TripAdvisor. We regret the unfavorable experience you encountered during your recent visit. We appreciate your concern and we take this matter seriously for us to improve our KL Upside Down House from time to time. As you mention about our staff was smoking vape inside the house, our KL Upside Down House is actually a restricted area where we did not allowed smoking inside or even in the area of our premises. And we will take a disciplinary act towards the staff that you mention. We promise in future we will serve better. Thank You again, hope you may visit us again. Sincerely, KL Upside Down Management

The house is really small and almost a scam. Barely 5 small rooms.

The staff is not helpful with poses or clicking photos as compared to the Penang upside down house staff.
Even photos for poses in rooms are not clear.

This was a complete disappointment - especially if you have visited the Penang upside down museum.

I would say this is a scam and my visit to KL tour and this Upside Down house was extremely unpleasant. IF THIS IS THE WAY that they made money, i would advise everyone not to go.

It was raining heavily on the day and we went there aiming to visit both Upside Down house and KL Tower. They advised us to buy a combo but never tell us that UPSIDE DOWN house would be closed if it was raining and the ticket was only available for that day.

We went there and realised that it was closed until further noticed so we waited for a couple of hours for it to reopen. No refund was allowed and staff were extremely unprofessional as they kept mentioning that we would get wet if we went it blindly under heavy rain. We kept telling them we brought umbrella with us.

They kept saying that they would clean up the house first after the rain and therefore it was necessary to close down during raining. We would have appreciated their professionalism if the place has actually been cleaned up. Later on when the rain stopped and the place reopened, we went in. Extremely disappointing again as it was small and could have seen them all within 5 minutes.

The house inside actually has rooftop so we wont get wet in anyhow. Only the tiny garden in front of the house is without rooftop. You could nicely being covered using umbrealla. No staff has ever cleaned up the rainwater either (if there's any place that they have to clean up.)

Don't see any difference with raining or without raining. So WHY BOTHER to CLOSE the place? If you would like to visit the KL tower, i would only recommend the sky deck (on the condition that it is not raining). Never trust what the staff in counter tell you and read the disclaimer.
