This was pretty mental and fairly good for the price. The glasses were poor though and I felt like everything I was seeing was blurry.
WARNING: DO NOT Take small children on this ride. I was thrown about that much even with my seatbelt on that I banged my head, my back and cut my foot as the bottom of the seat caught and pinched my skin.

i did this XD Theater as part of the KL Tower's combo package. It was great but i think it would be quite pricey if we purchased it separately (ala carte). So, I would suggest visitors to purchase the combo package which is more value-for-money.

The tower was a quick trip, but great views of the city, including the Twin Towers. There's not a lot to do, but worth a visit.

We bought the tickets as part of the overall kl tower package. The place was empty as compared to other attractions at or near kl tower. This attraction was OK like any other 4d movie theatre. The picture quality was not that gr8. .we were travelling with my 3.5yr old son so he was just given 3d goggles but not a vibrating seat which was good as we could enjoy the show wherein he also had a seat. Can be missed if you don't have the time.

We liked the tower as one can walk outdoors all the way around it. The glass cube was OK, but not great.
We decided to go up the KL Tower and not Petronis as the Petronis can be seen from the KL Tower.
Try to go on a clear day!

This tower gives you a better view of the city day or night. You can get good deals on line via Klook. What's unique in this tower is their glass box. The staff will give each guest a few minutes to take pictures. If you're not afraid of heights, you can try to look down since it's really made of clear glass. No jumping please!!!

I visited both the KL Tower and the Twin Towers. I preferred the KL, as there is outdoor space, which allows you to overlook the city. There’s not much to see inside (gift store and such) and trying to exit the observatory area was a disaster. There weren’t employees to direct the flow of people, so as a result, everyone (hundreds of people) squish themselves into a small open space to try and catch an elevator. If you’re claustrophobic this isn’t the place for you. Despite this, the outside view made the trip worth it.

Visited there in 2017, more like a 4D - 5D experience- awesome. They have different types of shows. The show costs RM 18.00/person. This attraction is only applicable to 6 years old and above

Very nice viewing gallery for one shot quick view of Kuala Lumpur.
One should start the KL tour with KL tower. The height and viewing galleries provide complete view of KL in short time.
Surrounded by high rise buildings and panoramic view of far of places.
Horizon of KL is very attractive and green as it is surrounded by hills.
Roads are good and city is clean.
Credit cards have low acceptances, hence plan to carry Malaysian currency always else you may not be able to do lot is transactions.
Must visit place for any tourist enthusiast.

how long is the 6d movie. is it a full movie
Written December 5, 2017
Yes you can. Also, just to bear in mind, the glasses are quite blurry too (not the best quality). Like I said though, it's cheap enough. You get to choose the film you want to watch so make sure you tell the worker operating the ride which one you picked, otherwise they will try and sit you down with the people in front of you to make the queue go down fast (they tried this with us but I said no as it wasn't the film we had chosen). Enjoy and WEAR YOUR SEATBELT!
