We got here on Saturday but since there was an actor or some celebrity, they had cancelled the feeding and since I don't speak Japanese, I didn't understand until he showed up and the people start clapping and screaming

We saw penguins swimming, feeding, sun bathing, staring, fighting and even frowning. Also, there were many other aquatic life like morays, eels and even mudskippers etc! Overall its small aquarium but houses over 70 penguins of 9 different species.

So adorable especially during feeding time. It's also cheap (I think less than AUD$10). But difficult to get to by bus if you don't know what your doing. Their buses names are in kanji rather than numbers.
