This building is fascinating full of shops, restaurants, and etc. it has an amazing view, when you go to the top you have to be carful that you should buy two tickets one for the observatory deck and one for the helipads. Moreover, in case you want to go to the helipads floor you must buy a ticket from the observatory floor. I had a frustrating experience I had to waste 50 minutes of my time waiting to go to the top and no body told me that I have to buy an additional ticket. Staff can’t speak English at all, also the signs and instructions aren’t clear. It’s a touristic place shame on them!

Take the elevator to the highest floor. There is a stunning view of the city and you can also watch the sunset from there. You can also have a professional picture taken of you. I would highly recommend this picture as it's a great memory.

A stunning view from top of the tower, very beautiful design inside the tower. There is one restaurant inside the tower and the food quality is good with very reasonable price. There is a souvenir store inside as well. Though the ticket price (¥1,800 per adult) is quite expensive compared to similar tourism spots, I think the view and the whole experience prove it worth.

We bought tickets to the art museum and the observation deck. Overpriced definitely. The art museum did not have any English brochures about the exhibition not there were english audio guide, everything was in Japanese. They found one guide who spoke English after a while who asked why don't we use the Google translator. The connection kept dropping off - so the exhibition would have been interesting but it was meant not for non-japanese.
The observation deck is an observation deck. You see the city from every angle. Expensive tickets again.
I would not go again.

Admission to the observation deck is 1,800 yen for adults, 1,200 yen for junior high and high school students, 700 yen for elementary school students, 500 yen for infants, and free for children under 4.
Opening hours are 9:00-22:00 (last admission 21:30).
The weather was nice and beautiful.
Perhaps the air was clear, so we were able to see a beautiful night view.
It was also impressive that they had a Slam Dunk tie-up and the posters were posted everywhere.
There were quite a few inbound tourists there as well.

I came to this observation deck on a trip to Osaka. As expected, it's high up and you can look down on Osaka city and even see the mountains in the Minoh area, it's a fantastic view. This was my first time here, but it's a view that you should see at least once.

On my way to see the Harukas Observatory, I took the elevator that can go up to the 16th floor, went up to the 16th floor, got a ticket for the observatory, then went up to the 60th floor and had a good view of the observatory.
I looked around the night view of Osaka while walking around the passageways in all four directions from the 60th floor, and I was fascinated by how many buildings were full and the night view was so wide.
I went down to the 59th and 58th floors, took a short break in the sky garden, and then left.

I went to this pace twice..once for Od deck, and once for Sunset BBQ dinner. Ob deck is very nice…but BBQ dinner was sensational…all you can eat, and you cook it yourself, Korean BBQ style. It was $50 a head…and the views and food were wonderful…

We visited this observation deck with great views of Osaka and had a buffet dinner afterwards in the same building at the Marriott Hotel with equally great views.
It opens at 9:00 and closes at 22:00 and there is a1500Y admission charge. We prebooked via Klook.
Highly recommend visiting this observation deck.

This was included in our hotel stay. It was really cool - even the elevator ride! We have been up a lot of observation decks and are getting a bit bored but this one had some unique things which made it still interesting.

Can we use tripod in taking photo?
Indoor or outdoor photography from the observatory desk?
Written September 18, 2019
Yes, you can. They might ask you not to when it's really crowded though. It's under their FAQ.
Written September 18, 2019
Yes. There is a cafe and a beer bar, both of which offer snack food.
