Couldn't find a place to eat that didn't shove pork into everything. Tried a bunch of different places.

This place was so much fun. It was exactly how I imagined Osaka to be like. Tonnes of stores and food, bright lights flashing everywhere and jam packed with people. This is a must see if you're looking to experience Osaka. I was only visiting Osaka for a few days but we always ended up in Dotonbori near the end... More

one of Osaka's tourist attractions so be prepared at the crowd. make sure to be there early as most of the highly-recommended restaurants have long queues. you could also drop by to one of the many don quijote stores for cheap finds. and ofc, dont forget to take a picture with Glico man!

I had a hard time choosing where to eat! Lots of shiny signs and a very bustling area. Had a lot of fun, would love to visit again!

The country's famous food street. Price is bit higher than local. But worth to visit as a tourist. Street food and many eateries. Plan at least half day in here. Bring your empty stomach.

We have been there just round the corner of the Cross Hotel. So a five minutes walk brought us to the restaurant, snack and of course "wine and dine" center of Osaka. We had a lot of fun, getting some specialities from different food trucks and having some beers. A lot of people enjoyed with us the warm evening by... More

This is certainly a place to go. Full of life and crowds with plenty of action, food options and shops. We went on the 20 minute canal ride which was ok... But there was more to do just walking the streets. We stopped n had the Okonomiyaki which is a must... A great combination of vegetables/ meats in a pancake.

The place is a must visit. There are beautiful signs that light up at night (similar to Times Square from NY), there are many shops to visit, a lot of good food in the area, occasional live entertainment, and throngs of people
