We went on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't crowded. We saw sharks, tropical fishes, sting rays, emperor penguins, and jelly fishes. There was a huge viewing area that allow people to see marine life in two floors.

It is 2300Yen for adult ticket. I recommend you buy a discount ticket which is ¥2,550YEN including one day unlimited travel pass!
