Great area to bring yours kids! Take the Chou (green) Line to Osakako Station. It’s a 5 minute walk from Exit 1 or walk towards Tempozan Ferris Wheel. You’ll first see Osaka Legoland and if you walk a little further down, it’s the Aquarium Kaiyukan.

Really nice aquarium with lots of different species. Very clean and well organized. The price of 22USD is really worth it for your entertainment dollar.

if you have visited other aquariums before, chances are, you won't appreciate this one. But it is clean, has lots of stop over in case you got tired walking (chairs, comfort rooms).

Good value for money. Easy to reach on the Chuo line. We arrived on opening on a weekday and waited only a short time to purchase tickets and enter the aquarium. Unfortunately there were numerous school groups which made the aquarium extremely busy, especially when...More

The place is very well maintained, including the water tanks so you can see the animals very clearly. You can take as many videos and photos as you like plus the entrance fee is reasonable.
