This is a very interesting museum for children and it is the best way for travelers with children in Osaka. There are many educational and playful exhibits and activities for children. The Kids Town designed by Friedensreich Hundertwasser,an Austrian architect, is through the 4th floor and the 5th floor.

I wouldn't say it's the best but it's good fun for kids to do something in Osaka. They get to learn a bit about world cultures with dress-ups and instruments. Everything is pretty much in Japanese but you get past that and enjoy stuff. Good...More

It is not a bad choice to spend 3 to 4 hours (top, seriously) there with your kids. The museum has 5 levels and it seems to me that it is more suitable for younger kids. My second-grader-to-be could only enjoy 2 of the 5...More

Great fun for kids to play and do lots of things. We visited on a Saturday and the crowd was very manageable. It's all sorts of things mixed into one. My 4yo enjoyed the drums at the multicultural section. After we had enough of Kids...More
