Better to visit at night cause you can take the elevator on the bridge and see the view from the rooftop

Do this only when it is a clear day and sunny because the roof platform is out in the open and not protected against rain. There is a level below which is inside but the view from the roof is 360 unobstructed.

Easy to find from Umeda Stn. Nice walk up to it too. A bit of queuing to get up to the top but I guess that's expected! Really enjoyed the views and walk around... could spend as much time as you wanted once up there.

We went here for the Okonomiyaki in the basement. However the building itself is nothing short of amazing. There's a lot of ingenuity and bravado in the design, which resulted in a pretty interesting structure, that should be seen to believe,

I've visited a couple of towers in Japan and this has got to be the best one. I was absolutely amazed by the views. The building itself is modern and stylish which I loved. Upon arrival, it was confusing since we couldn't find the entrance but we just asked someone nearby. People in Japan are all extremely friendly so that... More

The Umeda sky building was easy to find and looks great. From the bottom looking up it is a nice, different, building and the escalator up to the top, which float between the two buildings, is great. The views form the top are great and it wasn't expensive for a ticket.

Get a 360 degree bird's eye view of Osaka. After viewing the skyline above, go to the canteen and enjoy a snack or a beer while watching the view sitting down.

Not just another top view, surprisingly it was a worthy trip up to the top and there's even cafes (not at the highest level) for viewers to relax and watch the sunset

Came here during the prime time of the Day and the place was nice and quite. So I was able to see the beautiful Day/Night and Sun set in the Umeda and downtown area. The route to here from Osaka station could be confusing that I took me a good amount of time to get here. But it was wrath... More

We unfortunately went a little too close to closing time, so all we could do was take photos outside at night time. Even then, the photos were spectacular, and the area leading from Osaka Station to Shin Umeda is gorgeous and very upmarket. Definitely a fantastic time waster, and a must see for the photographers out there.
