Such a brilliant cooking class, you make two types of ramen and two types of gyoza (each one vegan and one meat). We were a bit dubious because we’re not vegan but the vegan ramen was incredible! She gave us loads of tips and tricks and we’ll definitely be trying to recreate some of the recipes when we get home. Would recommend to both meat and vegan eaters

Highly recommend! This cooking class was the highlight of our trip to Osaka. Not only was the meal that we prepared absolutely delicious, but the whole experience was very personalized, thoughtful, and Yucco was so kind and hospitable to us. We enjoyed the stories she shared with us about travel and food, and we learned so much more about Osaka by cooking with her. Yucco will even personalize the meal if you eat vegan, Halal, or Kosher and will show you how to adapt her recipes while still maintaining rich flavors. What an amazing experience. We booked this last minute and have zero regrets. Yucco was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, impeccable English. She was very chatty and has some excellent tips for not only making Ramen and Gyoza but for general cooking. All the recipes were inherently simple, but absolutely delicious. If you're in Osaka and want to make Ramen and Gyoza. DO THIS CLASS!

What an amazing cooking class! Yucco our chef is wonderful! She is so knowledgeable about the ingredients and different methods of preparing them. We had so much fun, learned so much, and got to eat delicious food! We made two types of ramen and gyoza and both were amazing! Our 16 and 13yr olds loved it too! Highly recommend!

This was such a fun experience! We were accidentally late but were so happy to not have missed it! Yucco was very personable, kind, and knowledgeable. I'm vegan and it can be tough to find food options in Japan - very thankful to have come across this! Would recommend!

I highly recommend Yucco’s company to learn how to cook! despite our bad English we understood everything! Yucco is very patient and an excellent cook! It was a real pleasure getting to know him! Go there with your eyes closed, you will not be disappointed! spoiler: you will eat too much! don't eat lunch!!!! ^^

We absolutely loved this experience!!! Yucco is a great teacher and a skilled chef. We learned a lot and feel we can replicate these delicious meals at home. Yucco was very accommodating of our group’s food restrictions and also gave us recommendations for our time in Osaka. We’d do it again in a heartbeat!
