The god of Things As They Ought To Be

This is a deity that is popular in Osaka and there is a golden statue of Billiken and smaller versions of him in the Hitachi Tower. This whimsical looking creature is also a symbol of good luck in some places in the US. He is the mascot of Saint Louis University.
