This place was so much fun! The animals seemed so happy too. I think this zoo is a great place to start your sightseeing in the Nagano region. The monkeys are very friendly and not aggressive. I wonder what they feed them.

Something has to be done about a very very sad and lonely bored elephant. Japanese seem so compassionate but still can't see how bad they treat some animals. Time to do something

That elephant at this zoo has been alone in a cell for over 9 years. Just YouTube the condition that elephant is in and think twice about supporting zoos.
