新京極から東に行ったお寺が集まったエリアの一角にあります。浄土宗西山深草派の寺院です。この周辺にあるお寺と同様こちらのお寺も門が閉まっていて一般の観光客が参観はできないようになっているのであまり来る意味はないです。

裏寺町通りにある浄土宗のお寺です。山門は開いているのでそこからちらっと中は拝見できますが、柵があり、中には入れません。檀家さん中心のお寺なのでしょう。裏寺町は中に入れる寺院はほとんどありませんが、その分、観光客も少なく、寺町の雰囲気は味わえます。

There are many temples in this area that are part of the Jodo sect of Buddhism, Nishiyama Fukakusa school, and the principal image of the temple is the Amida Buddha. This is probably because the head temple of the Jodo sect of Buddhism, Nishiyama Fukakusa school, is nearby.

当初は近辺の宝蔵寺へ行くつもりで裏寺町通りを御池通から南下していたのですが、直角に何度も曲がっている道路を進むうちに突然、塀に５本の線（写真参照）が入っている寺院に遭遇しました。５本線は国内各派共通に「最高格式」を誇る寺院のはず。塀に魅せられて参拝しました。浄土宗西山深草派の寺院で阿弥陀如来をご本尊とされている寺院でした。この町中にこんな寺院があるのを初めて知りました。「京都プロ」のつもりでいましたが、私も・・まだまだ、ですねぇ。

浄土宗西山深草派に属する小さな寺院です。阪急線京都四条駅から徒歩数分、ただ山門に柵が有って境内には入れません。特徴は薄いです。

山号を紫雲山と云う光明寺です。同字・同読の寺院は京都だけでも数カ寺あり、全国的にもありふれた名称の寺院です。浄土宗西山深草派寺院で、ご本尊は阿弥陀如来様。ここは落陽４８願所地蔵巡りの第３０番札所です。寺院としての創建年代や経緯は不明、当初は三条新町にあったらしい。過去、二度の大火による被災も、その後に修復、再建されて現在に至っています。

裏寺町通りにあるお寺です。浄土宗のお寺です。こちらのお寺も近隣と同じく、観光用のお寺ではありません。訪れた時、柵はありましたが門はあいていて少し中が見れました。庭が見れました。周囲は人通りも少なく静かです。

河原町通りの裏手。洛陽四十八願所地蔵尊第30番札所とは出ていますが、どうということはないような。観光スポットではないと思います。
