Harumi was an excellent teacher. Learning the Koto was definitely the best part of our Japan trip. I would recommend this experience to everyone stopping in Kyoto.

Have an interest in koto and finally had the opportunity to try playing it. Shimazaki-sensei was friendly and spoke English well. Learned two songs and also listened to her play. A unique experience, highly recommended.
