For 200 yen, you get a towel and unlimited time at this foot bath. It's a very unique experience as you have the view of the train tracks, the kimono forest and a little bit of the hill.

Ashiyu means a foot bath. The water was a little dirty. (There's a place to wash your feet afterwards so its ok) it was a relaxing place. It is located on a platform so you can watch the trains while relaxing. It cost 200 yen.
