The stone monument to mark the visits of Prime Minister Zhou Enlai to Arashiyama was located on a slope platform overlooking Oi River. Visitors come to take photos and read the poem marked on the back of the stone there.

I can understand it can be interesting for Chinese but except them not. It's a stone with a poem written in Chinese.
