I came to here, maybe i have to enter the tower, but i didn't, the light of the tower looks great at the evening, nice place to visit, not a great one but still worth it

it is great area where to walk around and relax. there is many things to see, to do and to explore. if you like to have some entertainment, there are also some places to visit and Mosaic center with restaurants and shops

Make sure you visit the shopping centres, great sales and Kobe snacks. Kobe Nama Matcha chocolates are a must!

MK Taxi has a door-to-door shuttle service to/from KIX. it's 2300 yen - well worth the money. I use this service all the time and they're great! Check this link - Google MK Taxi Skygateshuttle Osaka.
