Amazing

This was the best zoo type experience I've had. You are up close to the animals and get to pet animals I've only seen caged before. Fantastic experience!

My 2 toddler daughters went totally crazy in this place. They could feed & cuddle almost all the little animals which is quite rare. Another amazing fact is that the animals are just hanging around everywhere, not individually in the tiny cages. Rabbits, exotic birds, capybaras even tortoises! And I've never ever seen the sloth that close. Buffet restaurant inside... More

It's a place where you can see different types of domestic animals. It's a fun place for any age. I went with my friends and family. All adults. We had a lot of fun. could see and feed the animals, take pictures. They even have a place full of flowers where you can take a picture. There are a lot... More

We visited the Kobe Animal Kingdom in March 2016 and we were very impressed. Japanese loves animal. Once you visit the (or the Monkey Park in Kyoto) you can really feel the love. In addition to observe them, you can also feed animals and hug them! It was super fun to see my girlfriend hugging a capybara, the largest rodent... More

This place is clean. We were greeted by a lady with an alpaca. Some of the animals roam free, climb trees, while we people walk through their space. You can buy food and feed the ducks. There's a variety of birds and other animals that are not afraid of people. There's also a small petting zoo. The kids loved it.... More

My family enjoys this place very much. If you like animals and not afraid of getting close to them, this is a perfect place for you. Kids would rather want to stay here forever instead of going to another Japanese temples or castles. This is not a big place like a zoo. A half a day or less should be... More

If you are animal lover, you have to visit this park. The park allow interaction with animals. Paying 100yen and you could feed the animal as well. There are indoor and outdoor area suitable for winter or summer

Our 6 and 7 y/o boys had a lot of fun. Feeding the laser pandas was a highlight. It was warm inside on a cold day.

At first it seemed a little strange that there were dogs and cats to play with, so we skipped those sections and walked through the incredibly themed areas. Visiting with sloths and red pandas - the kingdom was well maintained, and we've never been able to get so close to animals before. Everyone was orderly, abiding by the rules of... More
