Best view in Kobe

Take my tip ... ride the ropeway to the top and walk down .. it is so much easier than walking up ! Lots of interesting plants and fabulous views.

Beautiful garden

Tranquil. Lovely laid out gardens which is not overly crowded with either locals or tourists. Easy access from cablecar with connecting bus.
