Pretty good and for the locals. But you can go.

Above the laundry mat on the corner. Take your shoes off and put them in a locker as soon as you enter. It cost me 630¥ to enter with and be given a towel and some product. You just select the option from the vending machine but the lady at the counter will let you know what one. Even without any English. As soon as you get through the door you are in the change room.

Inside is a sauna, shower, 3 different (maybe) hot baths and one cold. Not as relaxing atmisphere as I thought it would be but still ok.

This is about the restaurant/bar/music space located underneath
Feb 2016
Satoshi's place is a great find... and it really changes. Evenings, it's a quiet spot for a light meal (home cooked and delicious), but late night it changes over into a prime DJ space featuring a mix of local DJ's and guests from overseas. Certainly worth checking out if you like music.

Onsen for local people
Oct 2015 • Couples
I took the street car from Hiroshima station - alight at the Ebisucho station - found the Hiroshima Ebisucho Post Office - walked along the Ebisucho street to the second last block - the onsen was opposite to Toyoko Inn.
It was an onsen for local people, entry ticket (basic fare 400 yen only) could be purchased from the vending machine. If you did not bring bath amenities, purchase a ticket which would provide you with a set of bath amenities for use in the onsen. Bring your own towel. The receptionist didn't speak English and I needed some skill to communicate with her.
There were lockers and a wash basin in the changing room. The place was dated but the spa water came from natural underground water that could cure pain and ease fatigue. There was a pool with a large herbal ball immersed in the water.
My husband told me there were local people with tattoos smoking in the men's pool , tattoos and smoking were normally not allowed in most onsens in Japan.
It was quite an interesting experience for tourists and I enjoyed the spa too.
