A healing yoga based on Hiroshima Prefecture lemons, wrapped in aromas formulated with the theme of prayer. A meditation in the basement of the main hall where light and sound are blocked.
In the yoga session, an experienced instructor with a license of a yoga teacher will guide you carefully. In addition, under the guidance of the Tendai Buddhist temple, Yokoyama Taikoji resident profession, you will spend a quiet time in a full-fledged meditation experience.

初めて行く場所でしたが、広島にこんな美しい場所があるとは、驚きました。朝のすがすがしい空気の中で、しかもこのような場所でヨガができて、いつものスタジオとは違いとても新鮮でした。ヨガの先生も、とても親切で、初心者の方も来られてました。
瞑想体験も、またすばらしいものでした。瞑想は座禅、修行、というイメージで、違う世界のことだと思っていましたが、ヨガとセットでとても気軽に体験できるので、とてもお勧めします。すごく本格的で、このお値段でヨガと瞑想なら、お得です。毎月１回の開催らしいので、また絶対参加します。
