さっぽろ雪まつり資料館

札幌羊ヶ丘展望台パーク内にあるさっぽろ雪まつり資料館。ガイドさんが入場無料だから是非見て行ってくださいとお勧めされて来ました。雪まつりに来た事の無い私には、過去の雪まつりの様子がわかる資料館でした。ガイドさんが勧めたわけです。雪まつりに来た事の無い人は、羊ヶ丘展望台やクラーク博士像のついでに見てみるのもありかもしれません。

ここは「さっぽろ羊ケ丘展望台」にあり写真だけ取ってきました。「さっぽろ羊ケ丘展望台」はゲートで大人530円、小・中学生300円を払うと展望台にある10位の施設は入場＆見学は自由のようです。時間が無くて入場しませんでした。いつかゆっくり行ってみたいです。福住駅⇔展望台はシャトルバスがあり片道15分位で210円でした。札幌駅から東豊線で福住駅は20分位で250円です。札幌に行ったら展望台にローカルに電車とバスを乗り継いで行くのも楽しい。

羊ヶ丘展望台に来たときはぜひ行ってみるべき

羊ヶ丘展望台でクラーク像や景色を見たあとにこの建物はなんだろうと思い立ち寄りました。さっぽろ雪まつりは訪れたことはないですがテレビで見たことはあります。歴代のポスターや雪像がミニチュアとして飾られています。雪まつりの歴史を知ることができます。

雪まつりの始まりは、雪捨て場だった大通７丁目に６基の雪像が作られたことだそうです。館内には第１回から第５０回までの開催パネルが展示され、雪まつりの歴史が分かります。

単純な羅列型資料館？！

羊ケ丘展望台敷地内にあります。
雪像作りの過程や雪祭りの風景のビデオ上映、60年以上前の初回からの資料、ポスター、模型、関連グッズなどが並べられており、雪祭りに関する歴史が一通りは分かる資料館です。
展望台敷地への入場には結構な料金がかかるので資料館は無料で当たり前。
実際の雪祭りを観た人には単調なセッティングであり、これからという人にもワクワク感が伝わるのか疑問のある内容です。
例えば、期間中の外気温や本物の雪に触れられたり、屋外に1基くらいは実物大のレプリカを作って大きさを体感できるなどの工夫でもあれば・・。
札幌の一大イベントを啓発することが目的の資料館だとしたら、メッセージ的には弱いかも(>_<)！

さっぽろ雪まつり資料館は、羊ヶ丘展望台に有ります。ここへの入場は無料です。今までの雪まつりのポスターや写真と祭りの映像を見ることが出来ます。羊ヶ丘展望台に行った時には行ってみたいところです。

過去の雪まつりのポスターや写真、実際造られた雪像のミニチュア模型の展示です。模型を見ても、このようなものを良く造ったものだと感心させられます。歴代のポスターもいろいろな図柄が有って面白いものですよ。羊ヶ丘展望台の敷地内に有り無料です。
