大通り公園のすぐ南側にある商業施設ビル。アパレル、飲食のほかにも、鉄道模型のお店から、歯医者さん、ギャラリーなど実にさまざまなテナントがひしめいています。２階にタリーズがありそこ目当てのお客さんも多いようです。

市内に何店舗かあるタリーズコーヒー。長居する人も多く、時には席の確保も至難の技だが、ここIKEUCHI GATE店は客もまばら。2人用席もそこそこありすぐに席につけました。明るすぎず暗すぎずの店内も◯。
ドリンクは抹茶ラテを。個人的にはもうちょい甘めが好き。

อาคารนี้ที่ชั้นล่างสุเจะเชื่อมต่อกับช้อปปิ้งมอลใต้ดิน ที่ขั่นสองจะมีร้านขานกาแฟที่นั่งชมวิวสวยๆได้มุมดีมาก

ファッションビルですがマニアのお店もあり

丸井今井一条館と札幌三越の間にあるファッションビル。道を挟んだところにarびるがIKEUCHI ZONE。日本百貨店協会に属しているので「全国百貨店共通商品券」が使えます(案内には、会社名の「丸ヨ池内」で表記)。昔をよく知る人は創業の金物店のイメージのようですが、最近は札幌アルタを引き継いだ(こちらはIKEUCHI ZONE)こともあり、店内は服飾や雑貨店等が多く、百貨店のイメージはありません。しかし、洋食器のお店があると思えば、鉄道模型、美術品、古本屋、リサイクル店があったりと、マニア向けのお店もあるのが嬉しい。

札幌の中心部にある商業施設です。似たようなものはたくさんありますが多くはファッション関連のお店が中心ですが、ここはアウトドア系のテナントが集結しています。ゆっくり見て回るには良い施設だと思いますよ。

百貨店時代は、どこか垢抜けのしない地元百貨店というイメージでしたが、立地条件が良いのでテナントビルとして活躍しています。レディ・メンズファション関係からビューティ、クリニック・レストランンなども出店しており、自分好みの店を探してみてが如何ですか。

二樓Tully's Coffee對面是ポポンデッタ札幌イケウチ店
真的是鐵道迷的天堂
若買了，還有提供軌道試車喔

人が多すぎず居心地よし

一階にあるブランドが個人的に好きで、月1以上行きます。
二階には鉄道ショップがあり、鉄道マニアや男の子の好きそうなもも売っています。とても小さなスペースですが。またその向かいのタリーズは結構穴場！お客さん少ないです！
