This was really cool! Had a nice view of the city at night! ¥600 to get in and they take your photo but costs ¥1800 for you to buy the photo.

My family and I visited the Norbesa Building to look for some anime stuff and after looking through the shops, we went up to the top floor to check out the ferris wheel. We decided to ride it, even though it was raining outside, and plugged 2000y into the ticket machine and got four tickets. I am not sure if we were the only people on the ferris wheel, but it was a real quiet ride. The views were very nice, even with the rain on the glass windows. From the very top of the loop, you can see most of Sapporo spread out below. Cool ride, and worth the effort.

The view from the top of Noria was exceptional, especially at night. It was gorgeous and I would totally have gone on it more than the one time which I did. The only downside was that it only went round once which I felt was not enough time to take in the view.

Beautiful view of Sapporo Six yen per person or 20 yen for a family of four. We tried it at night and thoroughly enjoyed the view. Unfortunately we only did one loop which was a little disappointing, so make sure you have your camera ready, or you will miss ghost shots!

It's a giant Ferris wheel on a department store so this is what you expect. Nice and slow and sturdy but you only go around once - twice would have been better. The fare is pretty cheap so it's worth doing for novelty value but probably not worth traveling great distances for.
