We are a group of 14 (50yrs & above) & so glad & blessed to have chosen Social Bus. Found Social Bus by Chance when we decided to visit Hokkaido 8 mths ago. Most agents do not even wanna entertain us & just brush us off to contact them "later". However, Ms Peta was very obliging, sweet & patient to have been constantly keeping in touch with me whenever i have any questions in planning our trip. She went the extra miles to even help me plan the routes & make reservation for restaurant knowing our group is big. We actually only book their bus service & Airport Trfs, yet it was like we had booked a 3 Days Tour as we were provided with a guide, Sam to take care of us in every way he could especially trekking through Hell Valley, up slopes down slopes ensuring our safety. We did not pay anything additional to just the hiring prices agreed since Day 1 & yet we are given VIP attention and all of us even had a sweet gift to bring home from Peta & Ochan. My whole group of friends are full of praises for me in fact for choosing Social Bus which i should share this credit with Ms Peta *applause* Social Bus is strongly recommended for anyone for moving around Hokkaido outskirts and feel free to verify with me any facts about them. Thanks again Peta, Ochan & Sam & oh yes not forgetting Sweet Erika San who came to receive us at the Airport.

Rent mini vans with SOCIAL BUS in Hokkaido for our trip of 9 friends and felt very lucky to conclude the deal with this firm. The staff is always reachable via WhatsApp. They arranged perfect vehicles to suit our requirements so long as we tell them all we need. Quick quotation, reasonable pricing, flexible payment method, slightly flexible hours, friendly drivers and staff,.... we could not ask for more indeed. Easy to contact via WhatsApp while in Japan too. Drivers can speak English very well. So, no communication problem for non-Japanese conversations. Airport & Pickup transfer is reasonably priced given passengers with heavy luggages. Highly recommended for moving around Hokkaido without worries about public transportation timetable or parking lot.

A wonderful trip to Asahikawa & Furano on a cold and frosty day. Although the weather wasn't too kind to us during our trip, thanks to our experienced driver Daichi, we managed to have a safe and wonderful journey. Coming from a very hot country, this was perhaps the pinnacle of enjoyment of Winter Wonderland with beautiful memories of a lifetime for the Asahikawa Ice Festival and at Ningle Terrace, Furano. The whole trip was well organised through Peta and his team. Keep up the good work and thanks for the wonderful trip.

We had the most beautiful day trip to Lake Shikotsu, Mount Usu and Lake Toya with Peta and Ochan of Social Bus last December. Big thanks to them for accommodating our group prior to their official launch in January 2018. We did a full-day hire of their micro-bus, and the booking process was quick and easy thanks to Peta’s helpful and timely responses. It was also nice not having to deal with any language barrier given that Peta is English. On the day of the trip, the bus picked us up from the hotel on time. It had plenty of room and was very comfortable, just perfect for the long drive ahead. Ochan expertly drove the bus; snow-covered roads were no problem at all. He and Peta happily showed us around the places on our list and were very flexible with the time spent in each location. We had a pretty relaxed day and were able to enjoy the scenery at a leisurely pace. The radiant sun, the clear blue skies, the beauty of Hokkaido in winter - it was all absolutely breathtaking! Even the views during the drive were amazing! We had a great time with Social Bus. Peta and Ochan are such warm and lovely people, and we’ll definitely be in touch if we find ourselves visiting Hokkaido again.
