鮮度の高い道産食材の店

狸小路商店街に有る施設で奥には屋台村も有りますが、入り口の道産食材のお店です。鮮度の高い道産野菜や乳製品が並び、遊び疲れて時間の無い人は北海道ならではの肴やつまみと酒を仕入れてホテルの部屋に戻ってからマイペースで・・・。ジョーカー的なお勧めは各種の飲むヨーグルトの "飲み比べ !？"

平日でも賑やかな店内。

入店して右手に無添加のチーズを発見!
でも買い忘れてしまいました…
道産食材直売店だけあって野菜や果物も購入できます。

パンや焼菓子は無添加を意識し、シンプルな材料で作られているようです。焼菓子は2,3点を購入。味は普通でした。

次回はハグマートに隣接するHUGイートという飲食店街も訪ねたいと思っています。

お土産には時間＆労力共に費やしたくないので、すすきのでの食事の帰り道、たまたま入ったこちらのショップは個人的には当たり！でした。全て北海道産の食材のお洒落なピクルス・ジャム・ディップ類に、定番の昆布・ホタテ・鮭の加工品にお味噌等、道内の殆どのお土産がおおよそ揃っています。宅配サービスも別料金でありますので、私はこちらでほぼ手配してしまいました。旅行中、同じお品を見かけましたが、物によっては100円以上高く、手ぶらでゆっくり「観光」をメインにされたい方には、是非、お勧めいたします。

考えていたのとはちょっと違いました

道産食材を物色してHUGさんへお邪魔しました

【ロケーション】
　大通り公園駅から徒歩10分くらい。アーケードの商店街のなかにありますが、観光客などで雑然としていて少し発見しずらい場所。お店は想像していたのよりはるかに小さく狭かったです。札幌マラソンの参加者がうろうろしていて、店が狭いのに彼らは走った直後のそのままのかっこうでわがもの顔で歩き回っていました。店の責任ではありませんが、不愉快でした。

【品揃え】
　店が狭いので、あまり「道産」という感じがしませんでした。実際に道外の商品も結構ありました。

【印象】
　ここで買うより、空港で揃えたほうが、選択肢も豊富だし、空港まで荷物を運ぶ必要もなし。ここでしか買えない、というものもあまりなさそうでした。

お土産屋さんはなかった。

ネットで紹介の記事を読んで地元住みの友達と一緒に探しながら行ったところ、お土産屋さんはなく、食堂が何軒かあっただけでした。食べるつもりで行ったのであれば、それなりに興味深かったかもしれません。(友達のオススメでスープカレーを食べてすぐに行ったのでお腹一杯) 残念でした。

北海道産の新鮮野菜やお米が並んでいます

札幌市のアーケード、狸小路のちょうどウィンズ札幌の隣にある、地元野菜やお米の直売店です。今の時期は北海道名物の一つでもある、露地物のアスパラガスや種類豊富なジャガイモが店頭に並んでいます。HUGマートの隣には、やはり北海道産の食材を味わえるHUGイートがあります。

道内食材を入手

狸小路の中という判りやすい立地。雨の日も屋根があるので便利。店内はあまり広くないのですが、野菜や果物、魚などの生鮮食品が豊富にそろっています。狸小路には土産物の買える店も多いですが、ちょっと変わったものがゲットできるかも。札幌の都心部に住む親せきはスーパー代わりに使っています。値段は特に高くはないけれど安くもないです。別のスペースにはイートインコーナーもあります（買った食材を広げて食べれるわけではなく、飲食店が入っている）。イートインはもうちょっと頑張ってほしいな～と個人的に思います。

狸小路５丁目にあります。周囲におみやげ店はありますが、こちらは「マート」で道産の野菜や加工食品が数多くありました。隣は「イート」でフードコートのようになっています。自分がおじゃましたときはチーズの試食をしていました。

6月頃からハーブや野菜の苗もでます

向かって右が飲食、左が道産食材の販売。
飲食はまだ利用したことがありません。
道産食材は野菜を中心に魚（冷凍が多い）や肉、乾物、加工品、
お菓子、米、豆腐や味噌などほとんど揃います。
値段は高かったり安かったり。
規格外や旬を過ぎると安くなることが多いようです。
たまに生産者の人が来て試食をしていることがあります。
