This is a big departmental store connected to the JR Sapporo station. They also have the Big Camera electrical appliances and Uniqlo here.

The basement floors are connected to the Sapporo underground walkway.

On the 8th floor, they have Ramen Republic, where they host many different ramen shops.

Esta is a shopping area that is on the eastern part of The JR Sapporo Station, along with Apia in the west, Paseo and Stellar Place in the middle. Shopping in Esta starts with Can Do, the 100 yen shop in the basement B2F. On basement B1F are the food establishments, lots of them, 24 shops, Mr. Donut, Doutor, Il Bar, Unagi and Yakitori Nihonichi, Baskin & Robbins, to mention a few and a food court. On floors 1F to 4F is Bic Camera, an electronics store. On floor 5 is Uniqlo a very popular clothing store along with Kanariya (life and interior). On floor 6 is Loft, a life and interior store where they sell various products including gel pens, stationary, unique Japanese products for kitchen. On floor 7 there are various fashion stores. On floor 8 are more fashion stores including Gu,casual family clothing and ABC Mart, a shoe store. On floor 9 Namco (entertainment) and Pet Land (pet goods). On floor 10 are 11 restaurants such as Tonkatsu Tamafuji, Ootoya, Ojori, Sapporo Ramen Kyowakoku. On floor 11 is a restaurant, Sora no Garden and Planis Hall, a meeting venue for rent. Although there are many places to shop in Sapporo station, make sure you visit Esta. You will find this area unique with lots of interesting things to buy.

A huge 4 storeys high store in a shopping mall offering electronic, computer, pharmacy, alcohol and household mega store. But when come to payment, it is very lacking. Prices are comparable with others. For tourist, tax free rebates is minimum 5000 yen and above, combinable. Certain credit card even offer further discount after tax rebates. Happy shopping.

A great shopping place with lots of variety. Every floor has something unique like electronics, stationery, groceries, food, clothing and etc. A good varieties to spend half a day. There is also a 100 yen shop in the basement. Many food stalls selling local specialties and souvenirs. A very convenient place for food and shopping. We had a bad experience of tax refund with the staff at Loft as the tax refund policies were not clear coupled with communication problem. Nevertheless this is a great place for tourist with everything under one roof.

This mall is next to the JR station. There are many shopping in this mall. Like Uniqlo, GU and Loft and the BIC camera too. Right at the basement, there is a small food court that sells udon, mos burger, tako balls and other snacks. It's very convenient over here.
During the early evening time, the food stalls located at the other end will have discount some may fetch to 20-30%. Good deal if you are on Budget.

The Esta mall in Sapporo is probably the best place to go if you enjoy shopping and the Ramen area on the 10th floor. The reason we dropped by this place was primarily because of BIC Camera. This is basically like the Walmart of Japan but 100x better and well stocked. You can literary find anything you want here. I personally am a Whiskey collector and I was only able to find the ones I like at Bic Camera. The normal liqour stores didn't have them or sold out. Anyway this place has everything. And when you are hungry go to the 10th Floor where all the "best" sapporo Ramens are located in one area.

The 10th floor has a great selection of places to eat that will appeal to every taste for Japanese Food. There are many choices, all of which are great and reasonable. There is also a very nice garden on the 11th floor.

Great place to eat and shop while in Sapporo. Stores included Bic Camera, Loft, and Uniqlo. The Ramen Republic is one stop place to try some of the best remen in Hokkaido. Fun place to people watch and snack on fantastic treats.
