We opted for a private 2 day tour of Hang Zhou and engaged Jack as our guide, a bilingual speaker with fluency in English. He was professional, knowledgeable of historical facts of the places we visited and has a great sense of humour. We were able to sample various local cuisine recommended by him and for us, it was a culinary adventure. Hefang street was such a quaint little place with the display of hand skills like the silver smith, art work, production of local snacks and so on. We especially love the Impression West Lake show and it’s not to be missed. Our visit to Wuzhen water town was a throwback to times past with the wooden houses and canals snaking thru’ the village. Kudos to Jack who added to our experience of our memorable visit to this beautiful city.

Jack (contact -+86 139 0650 8922)provides excellent private car service for our memorable short hangzhou holiday. He booked best vip seats at west lake impression show - look out for A row 5 seats. Our driver Mr Hu (15305811566) makes our journey a very happy one . A stroll along the lake connector is beautiful. A day tour of huaguan park, bamboo forest, Longjing tea plantation and hefang road of Song Dynasty - is refreshing and fun. We like the wholesale market at huanbei and the silk market is interesting too. Xixi wetlands is peaceful and relaxing if you love nature walks

We booked a one day tour with Jack...and so glad we did. We had read a great deal about Hangzhou and the surrounding area so had a good idea about what we wanted to see. We only had one day so wanted to spend the day on sites and activities most important to our family of four. Jack was very accommodating. At the same time he encouraged us to spend a bit of time in areas we had not considered that would be along our way. In other words, we worked as a team to build the perfect day. We chose to spend our day touring Whuzen and the Longjing tea region.
Jack arrived on time in a spotless, air conditioned and comfortable SUV. He is a wonderful story teller and shared much information with us along the way. In Whuzen he introduced us to the yummiest turnip cake - for me it is these little details that make one guide stand out from another.
When we returned to the hotel he supplied us with good food recommendations. What I did not appreciate until later in our trip that my favorite family photos were the ones Jack though to take of us. Not all tour guides think of this...and some snap one quick obligatory photo. Not Jack...he took the time to pose us and take great pictures. Thanks for everything, Jack!

We travelled in Hangzhou 3 days with my friend. It is really an exciting trip , We visted many of the beauty spots and places of historical together with the professional tour Mr. Jack. I am so lucky because i meet Mr. Jack. Jack not only a kindly tour , but also an historican .He told us so many interesting stories about Hangzhou. He show us the famouse place in Hangzhou and display Chinese culture to us. We are so happy in the past 3 days that togher with Jack.

Booked a 1 day tour with Jack for my mother-in-law, my wife and myself today. Apart from the warm summer weather and minor traffic congestion due to upcoming G20 summit, everything went smooth and we were satisfied. Jack was very accommodating to our request to bring us all out of the way for Hangzhou local food and he has a story for everything, from the places we visit to the food we eat. :) Would definitely recommend Jack as your Hangzhou tour guide. Thanks Jack for an enjoyable day tour at Hangzhou today.

Jack is a warm and enthusiastic guide. Great energy and kind to our young kids who enjoyed bantering with him. He is knowledgeable and very punctual. He was always professional and had good recommendations. We throughly enjoyed our time in Hangzhou and Wuzhen. Great spacious, clean and comfy car made the ride to and from Shanghai so easy. What can I say? Jack was an excellent tour guide and what made the whole experience special, he was an excellent friend, maybe even an extension of the family. His knowledge of Hangzhou and Suzhou and the history and mystery that surrounded every place we visited was outstanding! It’s worth taking a notepad with you, just incase he gives you a pop question 🙋♂️ we used Jack during one of the busiest National holidays and China and he navigated crowded areas and even got us to the front of some of the long lines as he has good relations with some of the tourist areas. If you are looking for a tour guide for Hangzhou or Suzhou, Jack is your man. I will be using him again for a future visit to the thousand islets in the same province and will be recommending all of my local Shanghai expats friends to him. Thankyou once more Jack and I hope to see you again soon!

I hired Jack for bringing my daughter and her friends out to the city for half a day. The experience was excellent in the sense that I as a parent felt worry-free because Jack was very responsible and responsive. Before the trip, Jack prepared well and made sure the pick-up and drop-off locations were right. He took photos to show me that my daughter and her friends got on and got off his car to give me the peace of mind of knowing where the girls were from time to time. With ad hoc changes, Jack was very nice to help out. A very nice tour guide, friendly, polite, professional and attentioned to detail, I have no doubt in recommending him to my friends.

From the start Jack was very communicative and helpful. Before we hired him I read the reviews and thought he sounded too good to be true, but they were 100% accurate. Jack was personable, informative and had a great sense of humor.
We don’t normally take tours, but this was definitely worth it. The four of us had a blast.

I am thinking of doing a tour to Hangzhou from Shanghai on Saturday September 30.
If you are doing a tour on this day can you send me information about itinerary and price? I would be happy to join another small group.
My interests are tea, gardens, Yongfu Temple and vegetarian food.
I prefer to visit some peaceful authentic places and am not very interested in lots of shopping, except maybe some good tea or incense or some nice local dried fruit or nuts.
