Look for TianDuCheng in the map, you will find the location somehow north. The location next to the river only has newer Office buildings

The Eiffel Tower is smaller than the one in Paris, but it is still fun to see that in a middle of a Chinese city. Far from the city center but easy to reach by bus (line 371). If you're just in Hangzhou for a few days, don't go there. But if you're living in Hangzhou, then this might be a new place to explore.

I loved it!!!!! I can't help myself but after 3 weeks of being in China coming here made me feeling closer to home (Europe) I also liked the Champs Elysees :) It has a hint of French elegance for sure and I met lovely and nice people there. The atmosphere there was truly romantic.

(This information is accurate as of April, 2018). It is quite easy to get here from Hangzhou. You take the 535 bus from the Wulan Square metro station, which leaves every 30 minutes or less. The Eiffel Tower is in a big round park, which the bus circles, and there's a bus stop less than 100 metres from the tower. You can then catch the same bus (but headed the opposite direction) back to Hangzhou. There are Chinese restaurants and grocery stores in the neighbourhoods that surround the park, so you don't need to bring food. I don't think there are any hotels/motels, but since it's so easy to get to/from Hangzhou there's no reason to stay nearby. The Tower is in good shape and the neighbouring apartments are well-occupied.
