Shengli river food street with many restaurants which are providing various food for very good price. I have visited 2 different restaurants and food in both of them was delicious.
Better you visit it with some local Hangzhou friends or somebody who can speak Chinese because this street is mainly famous for locals. No English menu and English language in those restaurants.
