Average Park, people talk that its so wow, but like always standards around there were average, nothing special, the only 2 shows that are worth watching is their main show and their new volcano show, the other ones are just simple ones, even if the show are called ''The best of world'', no its not, ive seen better in another... The theme park here was more than a bit cheesy to my Western eyes. However the show "The Legend of Romance" was magnificent ! This production heaped spectacle on spectacle until your jaw dropped to the floor. Lasers, dancing, martial arts, waterfalls, real horses, rapelling soldiers, indoor rain .......whew !! Bigger and better than Ben Hur !

Have spent a day here and ended with a show in the evening. So powerful and nice chinese actors, and good music. Interesting.

This should be on everyone's bucket list on a visit to China A theme park based on historical Hangzhou with the main attraction being a contemporary Chinese opera show reflecting the history - highly professional & entertaining production

Went to this show and thoroughly enjoyed it, the costumes were amazing and the show was spectacular. The theme park outside where the show is was ok to have a walk around but the day we went there it was pouring rain so it wasn't very pleasant walking around, on a nice day it would be better. The show is... More

This place is like a complex of theater, chinese restaurants and entertainment halls. Songcheng is built really good, just like an old chinese town with many lanterns and chinese old street foods. The show is completely amazing and beautiful. Actors and Actress fly over our head to the stage, light effect is spectacular. If it rains on the stage, it... More

I really enjoyed the Hangzhou Songcheng theme park. Not because it is some faithful recreation of 10th century Song Dynasty Hanzhou but because its a gloriously and unapologetically kitschy imagining of some aspects of Song era China. There are various interesting eating options, many including a 'live performance' (the sesame toffee). Its also a great way to see Chinese people... More

Went with small group. Park was packed with locales which made it chaotic. Still the vendors, shops and food merchants were great. Best was the incredible show which tops the whole experience. Highly recommend
