It is one of the traditional parks that locals choose to visit in the spring. Basically, it mimics tulip field in Netherlands. It is very beautiful in spring; but nothing if you have seen tulips in Netherlands already. It can be very very very busy! And I am not joking. Definitely do not visit during public holidays and weekend if... More

Found this park interesting. Not lots of tourists. Peaceful and serene with classical music in the background ( they install some small speakers on the ground). Very big areas.

We have visited the Park by late April but disappointed to see that most of the flowers, including tulips and cherries had been withered if not removed and replaced by other flowers like roses. The Park was large and quiet with some locals and visitors around, just in contrary to the crowded situation a few weeks ago here by late... More

19-March-2016, I stayed at a guesthouse located near Ling Yin temple(15 mins walk to Ling Yin temple). My parents and I took the Y2 bus from Ling Yin bus station. After around 25 mins (traffic was really bad due to road construction everywhere in Hangzhou to get ready for the G20 conference in Sept16) , the bus driver announced :"passengers... More

Really loved and missed this place very much as the flowers were everywhere and really beautiful. The many peach flowers made me feel like I was in Japan. It's more beautiful and many more to see than the botanic garden.

It seems all of Hangzhou is in Taiziwan Park this week. Everything is in bloom, cherries, daffs, tulips, hyacinths. It's a feast and fun to see all the bridal poses. Good stalls offer some really interesting and different snacks.

We only had a short time to enjoy this park which was a real shame. It is uncrowded and has lovely gardens and outlook towards the hills. Well worth a visit

If you visit at any other time besides Golden Week, October 1-7, this might be a wonderful spot to visit and enjoy the beautiful flowers. However, we had to fight the crowds and trying to trying to take a picture with the multitude of people trying to take selfies was not worth the effort.
