说是商业区其实感觉就是一个批发市场，嗯曾经的螺蛳湾吧。很多小店搞批发的，买的多价格便宜但是质量就不好说了，感觉很乱最好别去。

现在发展一般，入驻的商户不算多，但还是比较热闹的。楼里有餐厅，各种美食比较齐全，需要在柜台办卡充值使用，随后可以退卡拿回剩余金额。
