騾馬市步行街的主體百貨，負一層有格子舖和zoocoffe。最高層也有餐飲和電影院還有一個滑冰場，算是鐘樓商圈一個比較齊全的mall。臨街有星巴克麵包新語阿瑪尼jeans等。
