With an eye-catching name, the Mall of the World is a vast underground area that bisects Guangzhou's ultramodern Flower City Square. A popular place among locals, it offers a plethora of dining options of modest price. Worth a look when in Tianhe.

This place is best to go at night. Really nice night scene for photographing. Be aware that it could be very pack during weekends.

I tried to find a present for my son, bit was unable to locate a toys or souvenir store in this „mall“. It is packed with Starbucks and Chinese restaurants, but almost no shopping opportunities. Due to its underground location the mall has the atmosphere of a metro station. Not worth a visit!

In my opinion this mall is overrated. The stores looked outdated and they were several stores that were closed. It looks like a mall that is on a decline. Yes, there is an area with a large food court and I must say that most of the stores were food related. It looked sad and dark. I went all the way to this mall excepting to be wowed and was super let down. Just another regular mall with sad looking stores that are barely able to survive and pay their rent. Skip it.

The Mall of the world, is perhaps the largest underground shopping malls in Guangzhou. There are a ton of cool cafe's, restaurants, boutique stores, cinema, entertainment arcade etc. all underground. Lots to do and see.... a nice place to explore.

Starbucks and other Chinese eating places occupy most of the mall. A Great place for authentic food in China 🇨🇳 but limited shipping for fashion and electronics
There is a huge outlet shop on the lowest level that has plenty of cheap unique gift items ... it is part of the supermarket
Overall a decent experience

It’s called a mall, the stores are almost all underground, and most of the stores are restaurants and cafes. Above them, is a park that makes a great walking path.

This is a long underground, 150,000 square-metre, shopping mall and tunnel from K11 Art Mall to Zhujiang New Town Metro station. There are hundreds of stores and eateries offering Chinese and Western foods in the complex. Goods offered are similar to most large underground shopping complexes, and include leading edge Chinese fashion clothing shops, European fashion clothing, everyday clothing such as t-shirts and jeans, cosmetics, souvenirs, electronics, computer and mobile phone accessories, pharmaceuticals, jewelry, movie theatre, and other goods and services.

On my trip to K11 Art Mall, on my outbound trip I went above ground from Zhujiang New Town Metro Station, and I returned underground through the Mall of the World complex and connecting tunnels. There were lots of people sightseeing, shopping, and walking along the way. In addition to linking K11 Art mall and Zhujiang New Town Metro Station, it also connects to many other major buildings in the area.

The Mall is open daily from 10 am to 10 pm.

Before I commence my trips, I take a photo of my destination names in both English and Chinese. Then enroute, I’ll ask for directions whenever I am concerned that I might not be going the right way.

The Mall of the World is completely underground and has a lot of amazing f&b options. You can literally find cuisines from various parts of the world. There are also several clothes, fashion and accessories shops including a pretty cool Cinema. You can spend an entire day looking around. Enjoy and don't get lost :)
