The building itself is nice piece of architecture. Attractive exterior, and sense of spaciousness and ample sunlight upon entering the building. I visited on Sunday and the library was well utilized. At least a thousand of students were doing their self study there. The facilities...More

What not to love about this place, architecture is amazing, great spot to just people watch and browse the collection of books and floors. The building is beautiful inside and outside.

Nice building to look at but you must be a local, without local ID, you won’t be able to borrow books for long as a visitor can only borrow for 60 days

It is quite interesting to find an impressive modern library amid so many skyscrapers. Guangzhou's main library building is an ultra-modern design. Along with the Pearl River New Town area, it forms the futuristic vision of the city.

Not only is this artsy building architecturally awesome, it is also a phenomenal place of learning. The books, materials, learning and training stations, and sections are well organized.

A huge library which, surprisingly contains also scientific books. The building walls look like a stack of books and, with the glass entrance area, it is impressive.
