Here lies the resting place of hazrat Saad Bin Abi Waqas (R.A.) uncle of Prophet Mohammad (S.A.W.) who was the first one to come to China to spread the message of Islam.
The place is filled with peace and tranquility and you will find all walks of life coming here. Earlier there was a halal food street esp before Friday namaz but its shut down for some reasons.
Have to be here if you happen to be in Guangzhou ,personally its my favorite place.

The place is located very near to our hotel (Ibis Guangzhou). I can see the mosque from my hotel window. The mosque and tomb are located in a huge park with greenery and is accessible via Lanpu Rd. Entry is free. The roads are wee bit bumpy but manageable for wheelchair users. March is a very rainy month for Guangzhou so be sure to bring umbrellas.

The mosque is big and serene. The ladies' prayer zone is located at the left side from the main entrance. There is a well supposedly built back in the days and you can drink from it. Toilets and wudhu areas are located near the tomb entrance in a courtyard.

At the tomb, people recite the qur'an. There are other tombs as well. There is something about the place which reminds me how short life is and we should put more effort in worshipping Allah. Lying before me was the man who has contributed a great deal to his religion by bringing Islam to China. I am thankful to be given the chance to see this place. As a form of respect to the mosque and tomb, wear decent clothing and cover the head.

Outside the park there is a shop selling halal snacks and if you walk further down you can find halal food.

It is great experience to visit Roza Saad bin abi waqas. It is full of Peace place , you can find people reciting Quran and Naat there. حضرت سعد بن ابی وقاص کا روضہ مبارک بہت عالی شان ہے۔ ادھر آکر آپ کے دل کو اتمنان ملے گا۔ روح کو تاذگی کا احساس ملے گا۔

I was in china for business trip and went for juma prayers. Its such a different place that for a moment you will forget that you are in China.
As per the info mentioned there, the tomb is of Saad bin waqaas, uncle of Prophet Mohammad SWS.
There is a well which is 14 centuries old. Its a must visit place for Muslims if they are in Guangzhou.

What a amazing place is this for me in centre of Guangzhou, I visit here everytime I come to GZ. This place makes me forget all the worries and gives you a inner peace which relax you beyond the limits.
There is a well pumped which is said to be 1300 years old and you can drink water of it which tastes different but worth it.
Every Friday this places is crowded with Muslim brothers who comes here to pray Friday prayer.
I agree that this place is for everyone and must visit if you want spiritually blessed.
Inside you can also see the Chinese architect and the nature is spread long yards.
Respect to this place.
