Apart from the flowers and tress which you can see in any park anywhere in the world, the only other 'attraction' is the 5 rams statue. Don't waste more than 15 minutes there.

We went in January on a warmer day to walk around and explore. Alot of uphill walking but the park had beautiful sights of the city of Guangzhou. Definitely worth a visit!
