Heart Mall I guess was one of the first malls to open in Taif. The architecture and tenants seemed to point to this fact. However its advantage is it is located in downtown Taif.
It has the only Panda supermarket in Taif and that's where we headed to for essential supplies. There were other outlets like Bodyshop, perfume and abaya shops as well as a food court.
Business was bustling despite COVID-19. Just a word of caution, the parking spaces by the street are paid while the basement parking is free.

I visited Heart Mall in Taif this morning and found that it is just a typical mall just like others you see here in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is full of designer brand shops, and also a supermarket (PANDA). It is located next to the highest tower in Taif which houses a five star hotel.

Great mall with a good supermarket (Panda), a nice food court with quite a bit of variety to choose from (Chinese, Subway, Traditional food, Mcdonalds etc). Also has about 2-3 floors worth of shops with many of them being very reasonable when it comes to prices. This is a very popular mall here in Taif.

The mall regulations do not allow single men inside, so the security at the front get will not allow single men to step in but however, the mall is full of single men!!
They seem to stop guys who look nice and gentle and allow "Bedouins" who are womanizers and smoke inside the mall "not allowed" and just make troubles and fights. I assume the securities are either their friends or just afraid to stop them
Usually at noon and during weekdays they allow single men
This applies to Saudis only, foreigners are allowed all the time
The mall facilities are limited in my view and bellow my standard, but again no options here in taif.
They have some known markets and brands but I encourage everyone to go to Jeddah for shopping and enjoying modern malls

Its a big and amazing mall because its the only mall in taif there is inside the mall a big hotel that have a revolving restaurant that include buffet so its amazing and in the mall there is restaurants and skating and many things so you should go there when you go to taif

An amazing mall with several floors. There’s a food court and tons of stores to look for that perfect gift. People are friendly and Panda is a great supermarket that is also attached to the mall.

The Heart Mall is my favorite place for shopping in Taif, especially when I am staying at the Awaliv Hotel. The Hotel enters into the Mall. Lots of stores, both Arab and Western brands are available, There is an excellent food court with everything from Chinese to Yemeni to Indian to Arabic and of course Al Baik.

you cn easily find this mall. becasue it is near SAPTCO station. and you cannot missed that hanging airplane monument and that colossal tower. it is the main landmark of taif

Quite a large mall, but definitely a bit tired. Nothing interesting, has entry to hotel with reasonable restaurant at 29th floor. Serves buffet at steep price, but food is OK and revolving restaurant provides nice views.
