A historically and islamically significant place, but cant hep but feel that the ruling powers, in their need to de-spiritualise everything have let this place of honour deteriorate to a flea market and taxi rank. All the more reason to visit and pay our respects.

Mount Uhud ..... One of the famous land marks from the battle of Uhud, historic land mark, very well kept there is a huge no mosque been built here, a small market around as well for buying of dates and gifts ... remember to bargain for good price

One of the most important battles in Islam happened near the Mountain of Uhud. In the end it was quiet devastating for the Muslim army as around 70 companions lost their lives. I was amazed by the modesty of the grave below the Uhud Mountain, they were only a wide and large area without complicated ornaments; only one stone in every tomb.

Uhud mountain is a normal place if you are interested in it's history then you have to visit otherwise there is nothing here

One of the best attraction, one must visit if visiting Madina after visiting Haram (Masjid-e-Nabwi). This location consist graveyard of Martyers from Jung-e-Uhud including Humza R.A.A. Now there is small market also one can buy small items i.e. heena, surma etc.

It was the place where the War of Uhud. Many tourist come here to climb the Jabal Uhud. You can see the area had been preserved as historical place. You can see many small stalls around the masjid, selling kurma (dates), buah tin, hijabs, jubah and local products.

A visit is a must to understand this important and historic site. Visit the : Martyrs grave Small mountain the archers were If possible go to Uhud mountain itself located around 10-15 minutes walk from the martyrs grave. Here visit the 2 caves, one at the foot of the mountain, the other, much higher up.

you can hire a taxi to take you around all the historical and spiritual places, this is one of them, its a small mountain and front of the mountain Hazrat Ameer Hamza رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ , the you need almost 20 to 30 min to see it, and pray. try to keep the mountain clean, as many people littering... i. Everybody have to visit this historical masjid to refresh his emaan. ii. It's a unbelievable place, where your vehicles run without starting the engine even also on the ramp.
